2007 Tournament Rules
1) 6 defensive outs mandatory (unless game is shortened)
2) Pitch count per little league rules observed.
3) A player cannot pitch in consecutive games.
4) Ten run rule in effect (4 innings)
5) Courtesy runner rule.
6) Continuous Batting Order
7) When teams catcher is on base as a runner with 2 outs he must be removed for a pinch runner
8) Tie Breakers
